Sorbamax Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sorbamax website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Sorbamax or use our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Products and Orders
We try to display product information, images, and pricing as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to:
- Limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors
- Correct pricing or product information errors, even after an order has been submitted
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include applicable taxes or duties, which will be added at checkout where required.
5. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
If you purchase a subscription or "subscribe & save" plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by contacting support@sorbamax.com before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle and do not retroactively refund prior shipments.
6. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which requires requests within 90 days of delivery and consistent daily use of the product to qualify. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Health and Product Disclaimer
Sorbamax products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory body. Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product names like Sorbamax — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
10. Reviews and User Content

You're responsible for ensuring your submissions are truthful and don't violate any third party's rights.
