Sorbamax Return & Refund Policy

1. Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind Sorbamax. If you use it as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund within 90 days of your delivery date, subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2 below.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Sorbamax is designed to produce cumulative results, so our guarantee is built around fair, consistent use rather than an unconditional no-questions-asked return. To qualify for a refund, you must:
- Have used Sorbamax every day, as directed on the label, from the day you received it up until the day you submit your return request.
- Submit your request within 90 days of your delivery date.
- Provide your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout.
- Return the product container(s) to us — used or empty containers are accepted as part of this process.
We may ask for reasonable proof of consistent use (for example, the remaining product quantity or photos of the container). Requests involving unopened products, or products used only sporadically, do not qualify under this guarantee.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email support@sorbamax.com within 90 days of your delivery date.
- Include your order number, full name, and a brief note on your experience using the product.
- Our support team will review your request and confirm your eligibility within 2 business days.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you our return shipping address and instructions.
4. Shipping Your Return
All approved returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China. We do not accept returns sent to any other address, and we cannot accept returns shipped without prior approval. Once approved, our team will email you the warehouse address and any paperwork required to process your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method. We are not able to issue a refund for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@sorbamax.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. These cases are handled outside the standard return process — we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Returns That Are Not Eligible
- Requests submitted after the 90-day window has closed.
- Returns shipped to us without prior approval from our support team.
- Returns where there is no evidence of regular, consistent daily use of the product.
- Items shipped to an address other than the one provided by our support team.
