Sorbamax Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 28, 2026

1. Purchase Options

At checkout, you may choose between:

  • One-Time Purchase — a single order with no recurring charges.
  • Subscribe & Save — a recurring order that ships automatically on a set schedule at a discounted price, until you cancel.

The option you select at checkout determines how and when you're billed.

2. How Subscriptions Work

If you choose a subscription:

  • Your payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle (e.g., every 30/60/90 days, as shown at checkout).
  • Each charge triggers a new shipment of your selected product(s).
  • Pricing, discount, and frequency are shown before you confirm your first order and will not change without notice.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Visiting our cancellation page and following the steps to cancel your subscription, or
  • Emailing support@sorbamax.com with your order number or the email used at checkout.

We will confirm your cancellation by email once it's processed.

4. Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations requested after that point will apply starting with the following cycle.

5. No Retroactive Refunds for Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges and shipments — it does not refund payments already processed. Refunds for delivered products are handled separately under our Return & Refund Policy (90-day window, consistent daily use required).

6. Pausing or Modifying an Order

To skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or update your shipping/payment details, visit our cancellation page or contact support@sorbamax.com before your next billing date. We'll do our best to accommodate changes ahead of the next scheduled charge.

7. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge or reach out to update your payment method. Subscriptions with repeated failed payments may be automatically cancelled.
