Sorbamax Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays from carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help redirect or reship where possible.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
